The overall goal of the Employee Team at HdB Electronics is to provide an exceptional electronic distribution business to satisfy our customers' needs.
Additional goals of the Employee Team members are as follows:

Our team philosophy is to be a uniquely exceptional company by striving to establish long-term mutually-beneficial relationships with an expanding customer base.
We believe providing the best quality service to our customers provides them with the best total value. We sell on total value by having the desired products and services available when the customer needs them at a fair price. Best total value includes everything the customer needs to meet their service requirements.
HdB will make a fair profit by providing this service to the customers that recognize and are willing to pay for the total value of this service. We realize that HdB will not be able to sell this service to all customers and we will concentrate our energies on those that desire and are willing to pay for this total service. Our prices may not always be the lowest, however we will strive to provide the best total overall value.
HdB will be able to provide this great service and best value by including only high-performance and superior-quality Employees as team members. We believe it is only possible to give the best service with the best team members. All team members at HdB Electronics will be: motivated, ambitious, very service-quality conscious, and high achievers. HdB will invest much time, training and money in its team members to assure these qualities. All team members will carry at least 100% of their work load and responsibilities. They will be cross trained in order to help other team members and automatically step in to help whenever the need arises.
